  • 1 cup softened plant-based butter
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 7 oz vegan marshmallow creme
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Chocolate chips or gray/black round cake decorations for eyes and mouth

  1. Preheat your oven according to the cake mix package instructions and line a cupcake tin with liners.
