4 slices sourdough bread
2 tablespoons honey mustard
2 slices white cheddar cheese
4 slices deli turkey
½ cup fresh baby spinach
Thin tomato slices from 1 medium red tomato
2 tablespoons softened butter
Instructions
Gather all ingredients and slice the tomatoes thinly.
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add one tablespoon of softened butter.
Assemble sandwiches: Spread honey mustard on two slices of sourdough, layer with cheddar cheese, turkey, tomato slices, spinach, and top with another slice of cheddar. Close with remaining sourdough.
Cook each sandwich in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese melts. Add more butter if needed.
