  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (13.8-ounce) can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup diced pickles (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional, for topping)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with diced onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in garlic, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper; cook for another 2 minutes. Mix in crumbled turkey bacon and let cool.
  3. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle (12×8 inches). Spread the cooled mixture evenly on the dough and sprinkle cheese on top.
  4. Roll tightly from one long side into a log shape; slice into 1-inch pieces.
  5. Place slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown.
