  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 (12 oz) package stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, blend the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken, chopped celery, chopped onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the stuffing mix until incorporated without any dry spots.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown.
