  • 4 oz creamy goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen green peas
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain, reserving some pasta water.
