  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 2 cups mini vegan marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two round baking pans.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, and softened butter until smooth. Combine with dry ingredients.
  4. Gently fold in mini vegan marshmallows and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Divide batter between prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow cakes to cool before layering with graham cracker crumbs and marshmallows between the layers and topping with melted chocolate.
