  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 6 oz bay scallops
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cups heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup white apple vinegar
  • ½ tsp white pepper
  • ⅛ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Whisk in flour and gradually add heavy cream and vinegar; simmer until thickened.
  4. Add shrimp, crab, and scallops to the sauce until shrimp are pink. Stir in half of the Parmesan, lemon juice, nutmeg, and white pepper.
  5. In a bowl, mix ricotta with spinach and fresh herbs.
  6. Layer half the seafood sauce in the baking dish followed by noodles, ricotta mixture, and remaining seafood sauce. Repeat layers ending with noodles topped with remaining sauce.
  7. Finish with mozzarella and leftover Parmesan on top; cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden.
