  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 (10 oz) bag mini vegan marshmallows
  • 5 ½ cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 (11 oz) bag caramel melts
  • Flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare your 9×13” baking dish by lining it with foil and spraying it lightly with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Stir in two-thirds of the caramel melts along with a pinch of flaky sea salt until smooth.
  3. Add mini vegan marshmallows (reserve some for topping) and stir until melted.
  4. Remove from heat and fold in Rice Krispies until well coated.
  5. Press the mixture into the prepared pan using lightly sprayed hands.
  6. Allow to cool at room temperature; top with reserved marshmallows.
  7. Drizzle remaining melted caramel on top and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  8. Once set, lift out of the pan using foil and slice into bars.
