  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 12 oz imitation crab meat (well-drained)
  • 3 stalks green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 60 wonton wrappers
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crab meat, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and optional sugar until smooth.
  2. Lay wonton wrappers on a clean surface; place about 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each wrapper. Brush water around the edges and seal tightly.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry the bombs in batches for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Remove fried bombs with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
