  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 12 teaspoons milk (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices.
  3. In another bowl, blend pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Once cooled, drizzle with maple glaze made from powdered sugar mixed with maple syrup and milk.
