  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp corn syrup (light or dark)
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well blended.
  3. Separate the crescent roll dough into triangles on your work surface.
  4. Spoon a small amount of filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll up each triangle tightly from the wide end and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
