  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients: Cut steak into bite-sized pieces, slice bell peppers, dice onion, and mince garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper; sear for 4-5 minutes until browned. Remove from pot.
  3. In the same pot, sauté onion and bell peppers for 3-4 minutes until softened; add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Return steak to the pot; add pasta, beef broth, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
  5. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to simmer and cover. Cook for about 12-15 minutes until pasta is al dente.
  6. Adjust seasonings as needed before serving.
