  • 16 Nutter Butter cookies
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup peanut butter chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven: Set to 300°F (150°C) if using a dark pan, or 325°F (165°C) for a silver one.
  2. Prepare the crust: Crush Nutter Butter cookies in a Ziploc bag, mix with melted butter, and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Make the filling: Beat cream cheese, sour cream, and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add sugar and flour; mix in eggs one at a time.
  4. Assemble and bake: Pour the filling over the crust and bake for about 50 minutes until set around edges but slightly jiggly in center. Cool before refrigerating.
