  • 1 cup warm water (110°F)
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 20 slices turkey pepperoni
  • ½ pound Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • ½ cup cooked chicken, diced
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough by mixing yeast, sugar, and warm water; let it foam for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine with flour, salt, and olive oil; knead until smooth. Allow it to rise for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface; transfer it to parchment paper.
  5. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese, then layer with turkey pepperoni, sausage, turkey bacon, and chicken. Add the remaining cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown with bubbling cheese.
