  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 2 eggs (at room temperature)
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans (raw and unsalted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. For the crust, combine almond flour, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup in a bowl. Mix until well combined and press evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
