  • 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
  2. Blend rolled oats in a blender until they reach a fine flour consistency.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour with apple sauce, maple syrup, molasses, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg, and salt.
