  • 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter or olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Melt the butter or olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in half of the grated Parmesan cheese until creamy.
