  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tube (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Season beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper; let cool slightly.
  4. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  5. Separate biscuit dough into 12 pieces and flatten each into a 3-inch circle.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in each circle's center and fold the edges over to seal tightly.
  7. Arrange sealed balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Mix melted butter, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic powder; brush over each dough ball.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
