  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté the chopped onion and celery in olive oil over medium heat until translucent (about 5 minutes).
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, sautéed vegetables, chopped cranberries, bread crumbs, parsley, spices, beaten egg, and chicken broth. Mix until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into balls about 1.5 inches in diameter and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F / 74°C).
