  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 Hawaiian slider rolls
  • 12 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional, for topping)
  • Pickles, ketchup, and mustard for serving

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Slice slider rolls in half and place bottom halves in a greased baking dish. Spread beef mixture evenly over rolls and top with cheese slices before placing the tops back on.
  4. Brush melted butter on top of rolls and sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes; uncover and bake for another 5 minutes until cheese melts.
