- 6 small flour tortillas (4.5-inch street taco size)
- ⅓ cup melted salted butter
- ¾ cup finely crushed vanilla wafer crumbs or graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 20 oz canned apple pie filling or sautéed fresh apples
- ¼ cup full-fat coconut milk
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter. Mix crushed vanilla wafers and cinnamon in a shallow dish and coat each tortilla generously.
- Let coated tortillas rest on a wire rack for about 5 minutes. Drape over oven rack bars or use taco molds, then bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- In a saucepan, heat apple pie filling and full-fat coconut milk over medium heat until warm and bubbly.
